Terms
Last updated 16 October 2026
These are the rules for using NoCut, written to be read. By signing in, subscribing or buying through NoCut, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
NoCut is run from the United Kingdom by its founder, Ahmad. The full company details will be listed here before NoCut takes payments.
Questions about these terms: support@nocutsell.com.
2. What NoCut does
NoCut is software that lets creators (sellers) sell digital files to their customers (buyers). A seller connects their own Stripe account, uploads a file, and shares a product page. Buyers pay the seller through Stripe Checkout and get a download link.
NoCut is not the seller and not a party to the sale. Each sale is a contract between the buyer and the seller. The buyer's payment goes straight into the seller's own Stripe account. NoCut never holds, receives or pays out that money, and takes 0% of it.
3. Seller accounts
- You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep that inbox secure: whoever controls it controls your account.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract, and the details you give us must be true.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- We may limit who can create accounts, for example before launch.
4. The $9 plan
- Selling on NoCut costs $9 a month (plus any tax that applies), billed in advance by Stripe on behalf of NoCut.
- It renews every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your dashboard: your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, then stops. We don't refund part-months, except where the law says we must.
- If a payment fails, your products may stop being buyable until the plan is paid.
- We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change. You can cancel before it applies.
- NoCut takes no fee from your sales. Stripe charges you its own processing fees under your agreement with Stripe.
5. Payments through Stripe
Sellers receive payments through their own Stripe account, under their own agreement with Stripe (stripe.com/legal). Stripe decides whether to approve, hold or pay out funds, not NoCut. By connecting Stripe to NoCut, you allow NoCut to create checkout pages on your account and to read the payment and account details it needs to run your store.
6. What sellers are responsible for
- You are the merchant. You set your prices and you are the seller to your buyers.
- Taxes. You are responsible for any VAT, GST or sales tax on your sales. Unlike Gumroad, NoCut is not a merchant of record. Stripe Tax can help you collect it.
- Refunds and support. You handle buyer questions, refunds and disputes, through your Stripe dashboard.
- Your rights. You own, or have permission to sell, everything you upload, and your product page describes it honestly.
- You follow the law and Stripe's rules where you sell.
7. What you can't sell or do
You may not use NoCut to sell, store or share:
- anything illegal where you or your buyers are;
- anything that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights, including resold or leaked content you don't have the rights to;
- malware, or files meant to harm devices or steal data;
- sexually explicit content, or any content that sexualises minors (which we report to the authorities);
- content that promotes violence, terrorism or hatred against people;
- scams, fake reviews, misleading income promises, or personal data about other people;
- anything Stripe does not allow (Stripe's restricted businesses).
You also may not try to break, overload, scrape or get around the limits of NoCut, or access another person's account or files.
8. Buyers
- Your purchase is from the seller. For refunds or help with a product, contact the seller (reply to your receipt email, or email us and we will pass it on).
- Your download link is personal to your order. It works for up to 25 downloads. We may switch off a link that is being shared publicly or abused.
- What you buy is for your own use, under any licence the seller gives. Don't resell or republish it unless the seller says you may.
9. Your content
Sellers keep full ownership of what they upload. You give NoCut permission to store it, show your product page (title, cover, description, price), and deliver your files to your buyers, only as needed to run the service. That permission ends when you delete the product or your account, except for copies already delivered to buyers.
10. Reports, takedowns and suspension
To report a product that breaks these terms or infringes your rights, email support@nocutsell.com with the product link, what the problem is, and (for copyright) proof that you own the work. We may remove products or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law, and we close the accounts of repeat infringers. Where we reasonably can, we tell you first and explain why.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep NoCut running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If we ever shut NoCut down, we will give sellers at least 30 days' notice so they can move their products and customers.
12. Liability
NoCut is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or indirect losses, and our total liability to a seller is limited to the plan fees they paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not responsible for what sellers sell or for sales between sellers and buyers.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for fraud, or death or injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Ending
You can stop using NoCut at any time: cancel your plan from the dashboard, and email support@nocutsell.com to have your account and files deleted. We can end your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to its courts. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or EU, you can also use your local courts and keep the protections of your local law.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For important changes we will email sellers at least 14 days before they apply. The date at the top shows the latest version.
